If you wish to make an exchange, please review the following guidelines:

Exchange requests must be made within 3 days of the delivery date.

Items must be returned in their original, unworn condition, with all tags, labels, and the original invoice intact.

Only one exchange is permitted per order.
To initiate an exchange, simply reach out to our Customer Service team using the chat icon on our website, or by whatsapp on 79 330 723.
Once your request has been confirmed by our team, you may proceed by sharing the new items you wish to exchange with.

Should you return your item to our online store, delivery fees will be the customer’s responsibility.
